Singapore 2019

A couple of my siblings were wanting to Singapore and they asked me to come with them, sort of being a tour guide for them. Well, I'm not that well versed with Singapore but for an introduction level kind of guide to Singapore, I could be of some help.

We left on Sunday for a 3 night stay and flew back on Wednesday. We stayed at Summerview Hotel in Bencoolen and it's close to the Rochor MRT station and walking distance to Bugis Street and Bugis MRT.



First day

We arrived at the Changi at noon. After clearing immigration and customs, we took the MRT to Bugis and checked in at the hotel

We had a late lunch at the nearby food court

In the evening, we went to Marina for a stroll and dinner at a nearby food court

At KLIA - our flight was slightly delayed so we took the train to the Satellite building

Tanah Merah Singapore.. not Kelantan :)

The Science Museum

Hey, I've stayed there before

Found a foodcourt while we were walking towards Merlion... food or Merlion? Food won hands down. hahaha

Second day:

Had breakfast at a nearby Indian restaurant

Mustafa Centre

Walked along Orchard Road and had lunch at Far East Plaza

Chinatown

A quick stop at Clarke Quay at dusk to rest our feet by the river

Watched the Spectra - Light & Water show at Marina Bay

Took more pictures here than at Orchard :D

Fourth day:

Went to Hanis' cafe at the National Library for breakfast

Last minute souvenir shopping at Bugis

A brief stop/peek at Jewel

Flew back home
