It's dubbed as my birthday celebration trip. Well, I flew out of KL on my birthday itself. Hence the reason why I decided to spend a bit extra on the trip 🥳. Siapa lagi nak belanja kita kan? 😁. Somehow the MAS flight attendants (or cabin crew) knew about my big day and wished me happy birthday. One of them even handed me a pack of peanuts and apologized as there was no cake on board for me. That was still sweet of them.

My friends picked me up at the airport in a rental car and took me to Dreamland Beach to spend the afternoon there before heading our way to our hotel in Kintamani. We were not in a rush. They told me that we should enjoy the beach first because we'd be spending the next 2 days in the mountains.

We didn't wait for the sunset because the sun disappeared behind the thick clouds. We had a quick shower and off we go up north to our hotel.
